This year I have seen so many people go through so much struggle and hardship, it's heart-rending. There have been breakups, loss of loved ones, mental illnesses taking over lives, broken friendships, etc. To think that I could have lost some of these people for good is a painful thought. Whether still talk, have lost touch, or barely know each other, or have never had the chance to speak before, just know that I'm proud of you for making it this far. Hang in there; as long as you are breathing, there is hope for things getting better. Don't give up. You are loved. 💙
